2026 Club Series Round 1

Registrations now open 

Information you will need for 2026 Club Series

1. Hedland BMX Membership 
2. Rider's first and last name
3. AusCycling Licence Number - all riders must have a valid AusCycling licence
4. Race Plate Number
5. Transponder Number (Division 8+ Class Riders Only – Essential for scoring)
6. Race Division via age class (see table below)

If you have registered online, you are not required to attend the rego hut.

REGISTRATION FEES 

- $10 per rider for Age Class & Sprockets 

- $5 per rider for Mini Wheelers

- $5 per rider for second class 

DIVISIONS

Divisions are determined by Rider Age Classification:

In "year of birth" events, a rider’s age is determined by which birthday they have in that calendar year.  Unless otherwise requested at the time of registration, you may race up a class but not a class below.

**** Merged Classes will accumulate points in their registered division. 

 

TRANSPONDERS

All riders over the age of 8 must have a transponder. Transponders are available for purchase from our online shop. If you do not have a working transponder, YOU WILL NOT BE SCORED.

If you are using your old transponder, please check the subscription before racing. Subscriptions can be renewed through https://mylaps.sqorz.com

ONLINE SCORING SYSTEM

The club currently uses the online platform Sqorz to manage registrations, scoring and timing. You can view event details throughout the day via:  https://our.sqorz.com

PLATES

ALL RIDERS MUST HAVE A PLATE. Please ensure you have the correct plate on for racing. 

Purple with white numbers - Mini Wheeler
Orange with black numbers - Sprocket
Yellow with black numbers - Age Boys
Blue with white numbers - Age Girls
Red with white numbers - Cruiser 

Plates must consist of 3 numbers and no duplicates in the same class.
