Save time this year and grab a Season Pass. This allows you to nominate for all race nights this year in one go.  This is a one-time, non-refundable payment. Information you will need for the Season Pass Hedland BMX Membership  Rider's first and last name AusCycling Licence Number - all riders must have a valid AusCycling licence Race Plate Number Transponder Number (Division 8+ Class Riders Only – Essential for scoring) Race Division via age class (see table below) **PLEASE remember to include your Transponder Number. If you register without a transponder number, you will not accumulate points for the round.  If you have registered online, you are not required to attend the rego hut on race night. REGISTRATION FEES  Regos are: - $150 per rider for Age Class & Sprockets  - $75 per rider for Mini Wheelers - $75 per rider for second class  DIVISIONS Divisions are determined by Rider Age Classification: In "year of birth" events, a rider’s age is determined by which birthday they have in that calendar year.  Unless otherwise requested at the time of registration, you may race up a class but not a class below.   Age (years - within current calendar year) Bike Class 2, 3, 4, 5,  Mini Wheeler   Mixed 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 Sprocket Mixed 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16-17  20" Male 8, 9, 10, 11, 2, 13, 14, 15, 16-17 20" Female 18+  20"  Mixed Junior: 8 - 15 Senior 16 + 24” Cruiser Male/Female **** Merged Classes will accumulate points in their registered division.  TRANSPONDERS Transponders are available for purchase from our online shop  If you are using your old transponder, please check the subscription before racing. 🚴‍♂️ 13th–14th June - 🚴‍♀️ In the lead up to Tom Price NWSS, we will be joined by one of WA's top coaches, Dylan Marshall of DM79 Coaching Team! Sign up now for two days of intensive training to develop those skills before heading to TP to take on the rest of the Pilbara. Coaching weekends are incredibly valuable and always result in massive improvements for our riders - we recommend you get in quick to secure your spot!   ⭐ Event Details 📅 Dates: 13th – 14th June ⏱️ Group Times: 1.5 hour session each day (1 hour for Sprockets). Groups are finalised once registrations are full 👥 Why? So we can create groups based on similar skill levels, ensuring every rider gets the best, safest, and most productive coaching experience. This two‑day event includes small‑group sessions, tailored coaching, and hands‑on demonstrations from one of WA’s premier coaches. 🍉 Chill Zone: Slushy + Fruit Platter As always, we’ll have our slushy station and fruit platter ready!
