Perfectly timed for the weekend before our round of the NWSS. Focus will be gates, race craft, track speed and skills. Groups sizes will be limited to 15 so everyone gets personalised attention. Riders will be grouped by best fit and group times will be published the week before. Sprockets will be a first up in the mornings with a one hour sesion followed by a 1/2 hour bike care session on Sat. Other sessions will be 1.5hrs. The advanced group will finish the day.
There'll be a slushy and fruit platter for riders during debrief after each group.
