Riders will be grouped by best fit and group times will be published the week before. Sprockets will be a first up in the mornings with a one hour sesion followed by a 1/2 hour bike care session on Sat. Other sessions will be 1.5hrs. The advanced group will finish the day.

There'll be a slushy and fruit platter for riders during debrief after each group.
