Registration process:

Registrations are now Open for Round 11 and will close at 9pm Thursday 31/08/2023

The Rego Hut will not accepted on the night registrations. 

Information you will need for pre-rego

1. Riders' first and last name
2. AusCycling Licence Number - all riders must have a valid AusCycling licence
3. Plate Number (Sprockets and Division Class Riders Only)
4. Transponder Number (Division Class Riders Only – Essential)
5. Race Division via age class

**PLEASE remember to include your Transponder Number, you will then be able to see your lap times in preparation of NWSS round 4.

**This race does not go towards your season score

REGISTRATION FEES 

Regos are:

- $10 per rider for Age Class & Sprockets 

- $5 per rider for Mini Wheelers 

 

DIVISIONS

Divisions are determined by Rider Age Classification:

In "year of birth" events a rider’s age is determined by which birthday they have in that calendar year.  Unless otherwise requested at time of registration, you may race up a class but not a class below.

TRANSPONDERS

Transponders are available for purchase from the Rego Hut on the night.

If you are using your old transponder please check the subscription before racing. Subscriptions can be renewed through

ONLINE SCORING SYSTEM

The club currently uses the online platform Sqorz to manage registrations, scoring and timing. You can view event details throughout the night via:  https://our.sqorz.com

 

RACE NIGHT STRUCTURE

Race Times:

6.00pm–6.45pm: Practice/Warm Up all licensed riders

6.45pm–7.00pm: Mini Wheelers. No pedals. Please note Hedland does NOT run a mini sprocket category. 

7.00pm: Racing Begins
